EON Impresa was born from the vision of a group of Italian and Albanian consultants and professionals who wanted to offer businesses clear, expert guidance through the complex world of regulations. Over 17 years, we have grown into a trusted compliance partner for thousands of companies across Italy and Albania.

Company Founded (2008)
EON Impresa was established in Jesi (Ancona), Italy, by a group of Italian and Albanian professionals. The studio was created to help businesses navigate the increasingly complex regulatory landscape, with a focus on workplace safety, food safety, and privacy compliance.

First Albanian Clients (2010-2012)
EON began supporting Italian-Albanian businesses and cross-border companies, building a strong reputation for reliable, personalised consulting across both countries.

GDPR & Privacy Expansion (2016-2018)
With the introduction of EU GDPR Regulation 2016/679, EON expanded its services to offer full privacy compliance consulting. Our consultants obtained TUV Italia certifications as Privacy Officers and Data Privacy Consultants.

EON Group Albania Founded (2016)
In response to the growing demand from the Albanian market and the application of European regulations in Albania, EON Impresa established EON Group SHPK, headquartered in Tirana, offering the full range of compliance services locally.
